Robert Pellizzaro, B.A., LLB.
Robert Pellizzaro has over three decades of experience in family law and is known throughout Manitoba for his calm, practical approach and strong advocacy. He focuses his practice on helping clients through emotionally difficult matters with integrity, efficiency, and compassion.
Robert represents clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, parenting arrangements, support, property division, and child protection. He is a strong believer in resolution through negotiation when possible, but he is also an effective litigator when court intervention is required.
In addition to his legal practice, Robert has served on the Law Society of Manitoba's Ethics Committee and is the current Director of Membership for the Manitoba Bar Association. He will serve as Vice President in 2025 and as President in 2026.
